Vinturas and CatenaX membership announcement
Vinturas Joins Catena-X to Support Standardized Data Sharing Across Automotive Supply Chains
Vinturas announced their membership with the Catena-X Automotive Network to adopt Catena-X standards within the Vinturas Interoperable Network (VIN). The collaboration aims to accelerate secure, standardized data sharing across automotive supply chain ecosystems.
Automotive supply chains are among the most complex in the world, spanning thousands of companies across manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. As organizations continue to digitize their operations, the ability to securely exchange trusted data across partners is becoming increasingly critical.
Vinturas will leverage Catena-X standards to strengthen interoperability, support standardized data models, and enable more efficient collaboration between automotive manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics providers.
By aligning with Catena-X standards, companies participating in the Vinturas network will benefit from improved compatibility with the broader automotive ecosystem, enabling faster onboarding of partners and easier integration across existing digital initiatives.
“Industry collaboration depends on trusted standards,” said Ronald Kleijwegt, CEO of Vinturas. “By adopting Catena-X standards within the Vinturas Interoperable Network, we are helping organizations connect their systems more efficiently while maintaining control over their data. This is an important step toward enabling more secure and scalable collaboration across the automotive supply chain ecosystems.”
Catena-X is The world’s first open and collaborative data ecosystem designed specifically for the global automotive industry. Catena-X provides the shared standards, governance, and infrastructure that reduce cost, reduce duplication, and make collaboration possible at scale.
The integration of Catena-X standards into the Vinturas Interoperable Network strengthens the foundation for interoperable supply chains by combining standardized data frameworks with a decentralized network that enables companies to collaborate securely while maintaining data sovereignty.
As the automotive industry continues to focus on digital transformation, sustainability reporting, and AI-enabled operations, standardized data exchange will play an increasingly important role in enabling organizations to operate more efficiently and collaborate more effectively across their ecosystems.
